A: Our terms and conditions are as follows
1. Customers computer system must meet minimum requirements which will be determined by a site visit if possible. We can source additional equipment such
as computers and scanners at an extra cost.
2. The payment of an annual license fee of $600 US + taxes per annum with our signed Licence Agreement
3. 4 hours of training and installation are included
4. Additional services are billable at the discretion of the Company
5. Includes access from 2 terminals.
A: YES. eDoc allows you to scan your records into its system. Not only will you be able to access them, you can also reprint if necessary.
Q: Does eDoc allow multiple users?
A: YES, eDoc allows multiple users to access its records. The standard package comes with 2 client access licences. Additional licences can be purchased. To take advantage of the multiple users feature a network is required. If you do not have a network, we can arrange to have it installed at a additional cost.
